Welcome to the XenoPixelsNetwork gaming community (hereinafter: the "Website" or the "Forum"). Use of the Website, registration on the Forum, and participation in community activities are subject to your full acceptance of the terms and privacy policy detailed below. If you do not agree to all or any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Part A: Forum Terms of Use

1. Definitions and General Provisions

The Website/Forum: The Israeli gaming community operating at xenopixelsnetwork.com and/or under the XenoPixelsNetwork brand.
Website Management: The owners, administrators, and supervisors acting on their behalf, including moderators.
The User: Any person who enters the Website, browses it, or registers as a member of the Forum.
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Website Management.

2. Registration, Accounts, and Security

Forum membership requires registration and the creation of a personal user account.
The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, such as a valid email address, during registration.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for every action performed through their account.
It is strictly prohibited to transfer, lend, or sell an account to another user without prior approval from the Website Management.

3. Rules of Conduct and User-Generated Content

The XenoPixelsNetwork community aims to maintain a respectful, safe, and enjoyable environment. When publishing messages, posts, comments, files, or links, the User agrees to comply with the following rules:

Prohibited Offensive Content: Publishing content that promotes racism, violence, incitement, harassment, threats, or violations of another user's privacy is strictly prohibited.
Respectful Language: Users must maintain appropriate and respectful language. Personal attacks, flame wars, or abusive language may result in removal from the community.
Legality and Protected Content: Publishing content that infringes copyright is prohibited, including direct links to illegal game downloads, cracks, torrents, cheating or hacking software, or tools used to compromise servers.
Spam and Advertising: Spam messages, affiliate links, or commercial content may not be published without the express permission of the Website Management.
The Website Management is not responsible for content uploaded by users. Sole responsibility for published content rests with the User who published it.

4. Enforcement Powers and Content Removal

The Website Management reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to edit, move, or remove any message or content that violates these Terms of Use or harms the nature of the community.
The Website Management may impose penalties on users who violate the rules, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of the account and IP address, without any obligation to provide prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All trademarks, logos, designs, Website code, and original materials belonging to XenoPixelsNetwork are the exclusive property of the Website Management.
By publishing content on the Forum, such as guides or posts, the User grants the Website a free, perpetual licence to display that content as part of the community's activities.
The Website and its services are provided on an "As Is" basis. The Website Management shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User, including damage to game files, computers, or information, resulting from use of the Website or the downloading of files shared by users.

Part B: Privacy Policy

The Website Management respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal information collected while users browse the Forum.

1. Information Collected by the Website

While using and browsing the Forum, the Website may collect two types of information:

Personal Information Provided Voluntarily: When registering on the Forum, the User provides information such as a username, email address, and sometimes additional information in their public profile, such as date of birth, interests, or in-game usernames.
Automatically Collected Technical Information: While browsing the Website, technical information is automatically collected, including the User's IP address, browser type, operating system, browsing times, and the pages visited on the Website.

2. Use of Cookies

3. Purposes for Using Information

The Website Management uses the collected information for the following purposes:

Managing and operating the community Forum and allowing participation in discussions and games.
Improving and optimising the user experience on the Website and customising content according to gamers' preferences.
Contacting users regarding technical matters, community updates, or violations of Forum rules.
Maintaining information security, preventing fraud, and enforcing bans against removed users through their IP addresses.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

The Website Management will not sell, share, or disclose users' personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

If the User violates the Terms of Use or performs an unlawful act, and disclosing the information is required for legal proceedings.
In response to a court order or a lawful request from authorised authorities in the State of Israel.
For the integration of third-party services embedded in the Website, such as Google Analytics or advertising networks, which may collect anonymous and technical information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Information Security

The Website uses commonly accepted systems and security measures to protect users' personal information against unauthorised access.
However, the Website Management clarifies that no security system is completely immune, and it cannot guarantee absolute protection of information against hacking or malicious intrusion into its servers.
